Privacy Policy

This policy is a launch draft and must be reviewed and completed with the operator’s legal name, address, contact email, and applicable jurisdiction before payments are enabled.

What BitBot processes

BitBot processes Discord server and channel identifiers, server names, server-owner identifiers, participating user identifiers and display names, commands, timestamps, game state, RAM saves, screenshots, and generated recap files. The website also processes Discord account details and the list of servers a signed-in administrator can manage.

Billing data

Stripe processes payment methods and billing details. BitBot stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, billing interval, renewal dates, and cancellation state. BitBot does not store full card numbers.

Why the data is used

  • Operate shared games and restore progress.
  • Authenticate server administrators.
  • Provide trials, subscriptions, billing management, and support.
  • Protect reliability, prevent duplicate processing, and investigate failures.
  • Measure aggregate installs, trials, checkouts, activations, cancellations, and expiries.

Processors and storage

Discord provides identity and bot services; Stripe processes billing; Supabase stores application data and private game-session files; Fly.io runs the bot; and Cloudflare hosts and measures the website. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention

Gameplay data remains recoverable for 30 days after trial or paid access ends, then is deleted. Minimal conversion events may be retained for up to 13 months. Billing records may be retained longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or law.

Cookies and analytics

The account area uses essential secure cookies for sign-in and request protection. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate site use without advertising pixels or session replay.

Your choices

Server administrators can cancel billing through the account area. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions will be handled through the operator contact address once published.

Children and changes

BitBot is not directed to children under the minimum age required by Discord. Material policy changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
