Terms of Service

These terms are a launch draft and must be reviewed and completed with the operator’s legal identity, contact details, governing law, refund policy, and required consumer disclosures before payments are enabled.

The service

BitBot provides collaborative, command-driven gameplay inside Discord servers using a catalog of licensed or commercially authorized homebrew titles. BitBot is not affiliated with Discord, Nintendo, or any console manufacturer.

Trials

Each Discord server may receive one 14-day trial starting when BitBot is first installed. No card is required. Removing and reinstalling BitBot does not restart or extend the trial.

Community subscriptions

Community costs $14.99 USD monthly or $149 USD yearly, plus applicable taxes. It permits one active game session per subscribed Discord server and unlimited participating members. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation and failed payments

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed payments may receive a seven-day grace period. When access ends, gameplay pauses and data remains recoverable for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse BitBot, evade plan limits, probe private systems, interfere with other servers, upload unauthorized content, or use the service in violation of Discord’s rules or applicable law.

Game rights

Only content authorized for commercial operation may be made available through BitBot. Users may not use BitBot to distribute or access unauthorized copies of games or other copyrighted material.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or withdraw a game where rights or technical requirements change. Material pricing changes will be communicated before renewal where required.

Disclaimers and liability

Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, dispute terms, and governing-law provisions must be supplied through legal review before commercial launch.
